Meridian
Penthouse
A shell of extraordinary
potential, no soul
The Meridian arrived to us as an empty 6,800 square foot concrete canvas. Exceptional bones — 11-foot ceilings, a continuous wraparound terrace, and views that stretched from the Hudson River to the Brooklyn Bridge. Yet without emotional context, the space inspired awe but not desire.
The listing broker had attempted two conventional staging proposals. Both failed to capture the imagination of the target buyer profile — senior finance principals aged 45–60, accustomed to institutional-grade aesthetics and deeply averse to anything that reads as decorative performance.
Our brief was clear: make them feel the life they would inhabit. Not furnishings. Not finishes. The specific, irreplaceable feeling of waking at this address.
“We don't stage rooms. We author lives the buyer hasn't yet lived but immediately recognises as their own.”
— Studio Director, Aura Creative

The Transformation
Room by Room

The 1,400 sq ft great room — the emotional centrepiece of the penthouse. Before: raw concrete and emptiness. After: a curated world of warm amber light, bespoke cream textiles, and living botanical arrangements that frame the Manhattan skyline.
Four Weeks to
Market Readiness
Discovery & Buyer Profiling
Week 1We began with an immersive discovery session — analysing the building's transactional history, adjacent comps, and broker intelligence on active UHNW buyers. We constructed three detailed buyer personas, ultimately centring our entire campaign around a primary profile: a 52-year-old finance principal relocating from a Central Park West co-op. Every subsequent decision flowed from understanding this specific person's world.
